Shipping

U.S. orders over $120 will receive free standard shipping at checkout! Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free shipping.

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

When your order ships, you will be notified and sent a tracking link via email. Alternatively, you can find your tracking link by logging into your account on our website and locating your purchase in the "Orders" section.

Orders shipped standard within the continental United States average 4-5 days transit time. Orders shipped express within the continental United States average 2 days transit time. Orders shipped outside of the continental United States typically take 2-6 weeks to arrive.

Please note that we do NOT guarantee delivery dates. All orders are subject to carrier delays and, once shipped, are not the responsibility of Adorned.

We partner with multiple carriers, including UPS, FedEx, & DHL. They may deliver your package directly or utilize your local post office for delivery.

We use a third-party shipping service to calculate shipping costs, customs and duty fees, and import taxes at checkout. Some countries may have flat rate options available. You will not be charged anything upon delivery.

We offer optional package insurance through Route, available for purchase at checkout. Route Package Protection covers damaged, missing, or stolen orders. If you have purchased Route Package Protection and need to file a claim, you can do so via the link provided in your order confirmation email. All claims are handled directly by Route.

Please note, orders that are missing, stolen, or damaged are not eligible for replacement without Route Package Protection.

Order Issues

Please reach out to us using the "Contact Us" form on our site with your order number and a description of the issue. While we will always do our best to get any issues resolved before your order ships out, we are not responsible for orders shipped out with incorrect payment or mailing information.

If you believe there's an issue with your delivered order, please reach out to us as soon as you receive the package using the "Contact Us" form on our website. Include your name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the issue.

If you need to cancel your order, reach out as soon as possible using the "Contact Us" form on the website. Please include your order number and the reason for canceling. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee cancellations due to our quick fulfillment process.

If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, Adorned will not replace it unless you have purchased Route Package Protection at checkout.

With Route Package Protection, you can file a claim directly through Route, using the link in your order confirmation email. Without Route Package Protection, we are unable to replace or refund packages affected by damage, loss, or theft.

Discounts & Coupons

Once you're done adding items to your cart, click the "Check Out" button in your shopping cart. This will take you to a new page where you will add shipping and payment information. You can add your code in the white box that says "Discount code or gift card". Please note that not all discounts are combinable.

We are happy to apply discounts for you for sales announced same-day as your purchase. Otherwise, no, you cannot get a sales discount if you ordered before the sale started. We run promos often so you can always wait for the next one!

Unfortunately, we do not offer sales discounts after the promotional period ends. We run sales often and encourage you to take advantage of the next one!

Crown Cash Rewards Program

To share your a $50 coupon with a friend (and receive one yourself after they purchase!), follow these steps:


FOR YOU
1. Log-in to your Account on Adorned's website.
2. Choose "Crown Cash Rewards" from the account menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom to the "Referrals" section.
4. Copy your Referral link and share it with whoever you'd like.

FOR YOUR REFERRAL
1. Open the link sent to you. A pop-up to claim your coupon will appear at the bottom of the page.
2. Enter your email address and submit.
3. Check your email address for your coupon code.
4. Paste your code in the discount code box at checkout.

Once your referral makes a purchase with the coupon code, you will automatically receive your coupon via email.

1. Click the "Rewards" Icon in the bottom left corner of the screen

2. Click the "Join Now" button to create an account or choose "Log In" if you already have one.

Once you create your account or sign in, you will be able to access our rewards program! You can access your points and rewards at anytime through your account.

Every time you log in to your rewards account before making a purchase on our website, you will receive points for the money you spent!

Every $1 spent on our website = 5 Crown Cash points. Every 100 Crown Cash points = $1 in rewards! Let's say you spend $100 dollars on an order- you would be rewarded with 500 Crown Cash points, or $5!

You can also earn extra Crown Cash points by liking us on Facebook and following us on Instagram. Please note that birthdays must be entered at least 30 days in advance for birthday points to be awarded!

You can find your earned rewards under the "Ways to redeem" section of your rewards panel.

Once you have earned enough Crown Cash points, you can select "Redeem" and then "Apply code" for the discount to be automatically applied at checkout! You can also copy and paste the code into the discount box at checkout.

Once you redeem a reward, it cannot be undone! Only one reward allowed per order.

When you redeem Crown Cash for a coupon code, the code will be available in your customer account until you use it. To access your codes:

  1. Visit our website and log into your account from the Main Menu.
  2. Choose the Crown Cash Rewards option from the Account Menu.
  3. Scroll down to Your Rewards to see any coupon codes you’ve redeemed points for.
  4. Copy the code, then enter at checkout to apply your discount.

Products

For adults or older teenagers, our standard size is usually best. For children (5+), young teens, and petite women, the petite size is a better fit.

Petite headbands are approximately 14 inches long when flat (standard size is ~15.5 inches long) and the sides are approximately 2 inches wide (standard size is ~2.5 inches wide). Petites have a smaller, slimmer profile overall.

Our luxury suede dustboxes are offered for certain Crowns and Tiaras.

Returns

Returns are available only for unworn items in new condition shipped to the United States. Returns are not available for consumable products (Hair Gloss, Stay Stick) or items in our Final Sale tab.

All return requests must be submitted through the Return Portal on our website within three days of delivery.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for shipping & insurance costs. There is a flat $7 fee for all returns. Exchanges are not supported at this time.

At this time, we do not accept returns for orders outside the United States. If you are an international customer with an order issue, please message us through the "Contact Us" form on our website.

Use the Returns Portal link in your customer account to request a return.

Please repackage your item exactly as shipped and affix the provided return label to your package, making sure no other labels are showing. Once your return has been delivered, please give us 1-2 weeks to receive and inspect the item. If the item is confirmed to be in new condition, we will issue your refund or store credit. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to show in your account.
