Refund policy
Returns are available only for unworn items in new condition shipped to the United States. Returns are not available for consumable products (Hair Gloss, Stay Stick) or items in our Final Sale tab. All return requests must be submitted through the Return Portal on our website within three days of delivery. For more information on our return process, please visit our FAQ section. Please note that refunds will not be issued for shipping & insurance costs. There is a flat $7 fee for all returns. Exchanges are not supported at this time.
At this time, we do not accept returns for orders outside the United States. If you are an international customer with an order issue, please message us through the "Contact Us" form on our website.
Due to our quick fulfillment time, we cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes. Please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
We are not responsible for packages that are missing or stolen. Package insurance is available for purchase at checkout via Route. If you purchased Route Package Protection and need to submit an order claim, you can do so through your order confirmation email.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Cancellations: If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it directly from your order confirmation page or account order history — no need to contact us. Simply locate your order and select "Cancel order." This option is available as long as your order has not been fulfilled.
Returns: If your order has already been fulfilled, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate a return, you can either:
- Email us at customercare@adornthenorm.com, or
- Use the Return Portal in your account order history
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your product or order, please contact customercare@adornthenorm.com.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item, or within 14 days of your withdrawal request if no return is required. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment.
