Refund policy

Returns are available only for unworn items in new condition shipped to the United States. Returns are not available for consumable products (Hair Gloss, Stay Stick) or items in our Final Sale tab. All return requests must be submitted through the Return Portal on our website within three days of delivery. For more information on our return process, please visit our FAQ section. Please note that refunds will not be issued for shipping & insurance costs. There is a flat $5 fee for all returns. Exchanges are not supported at this time.

At this time, we do not accept returns for orders outside the United States. If you are an international customer with an order issue, please message us through the "Contact Us" form on our website.

Due to our quick fulfillment time, we cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes. Please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

We are not responsible for packages that are missing or stolen. Package insurance is available for purchase at checkout via Route. If you purchased Route Package Protection and need to submit an order claim, you can do so through your order confirmation email.
