We provide free standard shipping on U.S. orders $120 and up. Shipping for U.S. orders under $120 is $9.99. International orders (those outside of the United States) are subject to customs & duty fees paid at checkout. 

In most cases, orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. 

We DO NOT guarantee shipping times or delivery dates.

We are not responsible for packages that are missing or stolen. Package insurance is available for purchase at checkout via Route. If you purchased Route Package Protection and need to submit an order claim, you can do so through your order confirmation email.
